WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.

 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for Nokel glosses to be sent to you at the time of purchase. Once your order ships out we are no longer responsible for it. 

 

Please allow up to a 4-6 weeks (business days) for ALL WHOLESALE orders to be processed and sent to you.

If your package gets sent back to us due to wrong address you put down and you want the item again you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

If your package gets lost or stolen due to the wrong address being put down we are NOT responsible for the lost, and a refund will NOT be issued.
